staff was so rude , as GOIBIBO mention that we can check 3 hr before standard time but he has taken 500 INR and check out time 11am I just got late 15 min he charge us 560INR that we are 15 min late , if don't gave he will not left you out from his hotel

doesn't deserve to be a gostay..totally horrible experience..even outside food also not allowed..also door handle was broken.. everything was dirty in washroom

hotel has staff of very bad mannered. they denied check in in room. i showed images to them that i booked this room and they didn’t allow me to check in same room which i booked. i stayed in this hotel so many times still they didn’t allowed me

It was a good stay. Not that lavish as a 5 star but average one. On the amount taken for the stay , the facilities were good and fine. The staff cooperated, friendly and nice to deal😄
