terrible experience – filthy rooms & overpriced!i had the worst experience at shagun imperial hotel! the room was absolutely disgusting—dust everywhere, hair on the bed and floor, and it was clear that housekeeping had barely done their job. the bathroom was even worse—stains all over, a horrible smell that made it unbearable to use. it felt like the place hadn't been cleaned in ages!to make matters worse, they had the audacity to charge for this pathetic excuse of a hotel. the level of hygiene ...more

Hotel property was newly constructed, room size are small and bathroom was too small. Amenities are okay and can be improved, fridge not available. There is no restaurant in this hotel hence you have to manage by your own. Close proximity from railway station that is advantage . Staff needs to be trained properly, amenities and other basic facilities to be improved

I had checked in at midnight and found the room was not properly cleaned, the bathroom also not found fresh. The hotel doesn't have a kitchen, so even tea is not available. The hotel staff is very arrogant. I had asked for water and a match box, for that hotel staff not ready and saying that, they don't have a match box, go and take from outside. Nice place to stay. I have extended my stay at this hotel. Polite staff and helpful nature. Secure for the family. Writing review before the check out for second time. Just kitchen is missing but I have managed by zomato. Staff is also ready to deliver food from out side
