Most platforms listed this property “like 5 star” - however it is far, far from a 5 star. Service was the biggest disappointment. Very slow service (housekeeping) or I would say they don’t value your request. On more than one occasions we had to remind the reception that we had requested for the service. We had booked the “Royal Suite” - but each of their suite was different; some had larger beds some had smaller. Some bathrooms had a fan some didn’t. Some had hooks to hang towels or clothes ...more

Nice hotel but inner parking not available. In some of rooms of hotel washroom lock is not working from outside . During my stay washroom locked jam for 20 minutes . Hotel Interior, food and staff behaviour.

The property gives you a vibe of being in a palace. Apart from the decor balance things were very average for a 5 ⭐️ property… rooms were small to be called suites without any ventilation, services were very slow as staff were more concerned about taking care of their foreign guests. Buffet layout was average but adequate. The booking confirmed complimentary folk show however was organised only for the foreign guest which is very unprofessional for a 5 🌟 rated property. Very average show
