Please don't stay on this resort if you stay with your family they have really bad service and zero communication knowledge so attitude and if we talk about rooms so dirty and so massy please dont visit this resort woth family thanks

Hotel ambience was good ,food quality is good but little bit costly .Without saying Towel should be kept in the room

only two star.... except swiming pool and food everythings were worst. we booked exclusive suit with bathtub. Dirty Rooms' old cushions, Bathroom was not clean. Unhygienic place.
only waterpark you can enjoy. perfect spot for one day picnic..
Bathroom like public washrooms
dont go for stay. poor management.. girls cant stay in these type rooms.

This was a vert good resort in past. Now I believe the new generation has no interest in maintaining it. Everything is broken. Even linens are very old and faded. Room walls have stains. Half of the games in amusement park are out of order. Food quality is ok. Wifi is bad and doesn't even have internet ( I was doing WFH and face multiple issues). AC was not working initially and after complaining they repaired it. TV had no channels and after complaining they recharged it.
