Worst Hotel Experience – Not Worth Even 1 Star
Our stay at Castle International Premium Hotel was absolutely terrible.
The AC was just for show – it turned on but gave zero cooling. The bathroom was disgusting, not cleaned at all, with fungus growing all over the bathroom door. It was unhygienic and unacceptable.
The building felt like a shopping complex turned into a hotel – very poorly maintained. The location is bad, not convenient or safe. The staff were rude and totally unhelpful. Every ...more

it was one of the most worst experience I had. inside the it's smelled very badly washrooms are not good also lights was not working and ac was not working I did a checkin and immediate checkout as room was not good.

Wonderful hotel and service provided. We stayed about 2 days. Their Buffet breakfast was yummy. Great atmosphere!

At last moment we had some change in plans, which was accommodated by the Hotel staffs at reasonable cost. I am thankful for that.
Overall it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was nice.

The hotel wasn't good. Dirty sofa, bathroom and also the room wasn't same as they show in their photos.Nothing is nearby the hotel and the guy at the reception was drunk and kept on forgetting things we asked for...basically no value for money hotel.
