very bad experience. They treat guest like beggers, There is one person at reception Yash, he is very errogent. He fighted with us and used the words " Jao yanha se". We stayed here for 3 days and it was a big mistake. Guys please book carefully....The same is also discussed with manager rahmat ali manager.

Male Staff with white tshirt in the reception was not interactive at all, we reached at night and after waiting for 20mins with luggage they have given the room but again defective lock was there in the main door, we need to change the room after request. Just to stay overnight we face all these issue. I dont know why and how on earth this hotel is rated three star

It was great experience to stay in sharanam Green Resort in goa and well organized and treat us. Thanks to sharanam Green Resort from us. And we get then 5 star rating
