This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. Below is the list of issues I went through during my stay here:
1. Hot water not available for bath.
2. Mosquitoes are in the room.
3. Stinky blanket.
4. Room is smelling bad too, room freshner not available here.
5. Place next to balcony is dirty too
6. Mini fridge mentioned in the inclusions but when asked caretaker mentioned it's not available.

Actually sir your booking ammount is rs & you are four members When the room is full, everyone takes time off.

Stay was nice. We were group of three. So room size waa small for us. Room had a window AC which was okay not great. But we went only to sleep in the rooms so it was enough. Bathroom was neat and clean. Hot water wasn't hot enough. The best part of the stay was pool. It was a Decent size pool and it was kept well maintained. Enjoyed a lot there. The hotel neatness was excellent. perfect for a family or friends stay and also maintenance was excellent. hotel is on the main road itself and there are many hotels near by to eat. calangute beach is just 90m from the hotel. just one problem there is no water facility provided for drinking

no drinking water you have to buy it from your own..
no room service but rooms and location are best for north goa tour and privacy level is also good..go for it ..
