Property is good if managed well. Service pathetic, no one ask for basic necessities like drinking water, glass to dring water, dirty towel with holes in it. After day guest have to ask for drinking water to fill in Jug. Bedsheet not clean and not properly dressed up on bed. With the rate they charge atleast breakfast should be complementary.

Worst experience. We reached there at night 1:30 am on 14th jan and the person there is not ready give room and making excuse that there no booking we have received, then saying you have not paid the amount though I have paid for 2 nights in advance and I have to wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes to get the room. Such a horrible experience and unprofessionals people at Sharmin Rose Bunglow...
