Stay given in another building where no services available and serving from main building... If not possible to provide in main building then pl dont give provision for booking in online sites...

horrible experience It's just like 3rd class dharmshala. The old room and mattress are very old where The mattress spring has come out. The food cost is high you order anything rates are more then 200 water cost 50 rupee plus tax... dirty bathroom , dirty bedsheet... don't book this hotel its first & last time i visit this hotel even if they give free room then also not interested....

this is just a budget hotel. u will not get half of the facilities. kettle, toiletries, sofas, service telephone nothing is there. very poor. it feels like cheated

stay was not as per the charge they took. service was ok. staff was responsive but as per the price the stay experience lacked professional hotel management. the room was booked for 3 people and there was not enough care taken to check the room condition before allotment. the bathroom door was not getting locked from inside. there was no doormat , mosquito repellant machine has no refil. additional blanket were not good. cleanliness was compromised. hot water not coming. overall it was in very poor condition as per the price

i had a wonderful stay at hotel sheetal international. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and attentive. the location was convenient, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. highly recommended!
