Well, it was quite a very clean property, decently maintained. rooms were spacious, and it was full of all the mentioned amenities. We stayed in the front facing room. Their services were prompt, too. Very close to Janmbhoomi, 2 km for Dwarkadhish, Holi gate, and Vishram Ghat. It's situated on the direct road to Vrindavan. A very good location for family travel. They didn't provide any amenities, like water bottle, electric kettle etc, shower was also not working, tap was broken, every time we have to call twice for any service

Behavior of receptionist was not enthusiastic.
Room was having efflorescence issue.
Hot water was not available in the bathroom.

The hotel experience at Sheetal Regency was quite bad. The room size was too small and for 3 people they only gave twin separate beds and harped on giving just an extra mattress for the third person in this biting cold weather of December. The geyser was dysfunctional in the bathroom and even the TV kept on having some or other issues

The first room i was allotted was not upto mark at all. Bed lilen was shabby and mini refrigerator was defunct/ dirty. Then i met the manager. He was kind enough to upgrade me to a luxury room having defunct TV, unserviceable telephone and a tea kettle with leftover elaichi of the last user! Recharge of TV waz done subsequently but phone remained dead till i shifted to another hotel....
However, desk staff and manager were good in behaviour and food was good....
