the pool area was dirty..we booked a premium room even though the room was not that much clean... windows of the room were not fixed properly so the privacy and security of goods is major concern....mostly furniture was in a broken condition... Management is very rude and unconcerned about guests' complaints....total waste of money...not recommendable this hotel for girls and couples.

We like the hotel Room, swimming pool and its location on Calangute-Baga Road.
Nearby most of the Restaurants are available & have various food options.
Rooms and Atmosphere was clean.
We can suggest that this hotel should have antiskid stairs, intercom, its own Restaurant for snacks and Tea/Coffee.

Nice Stay in this hotel.Hotel Location is equally near to calangute and Baga Beach.Childrens enjoyed swimming Pool bath.Rooms are clean and having beautiful swimming pool view.No interference by hotel staff during our stay.But unfortunately local Taxi drivers infront of hotel have returned our cab from entrance of hotel which was booked & i have to make a loss for it...feeling not good because of them.Hotel Staff was Silent for this even this happen inside hotel premises.

staff behavior is bad, Swimming pool timing 9am to 6pm. don't book because of swimming pool you don't get time to enjoy it. room also got old and very small.not worth.

Good Hotel at Calangute. Best deal at moderate price range. Thank you to Hotel staff for the service.
Below are the pro's and con's which I feel based on my experience of 4 days stay at Shelsta Holiday Resort at Room No 203. I had booked premium room for 4 days (11 to 15 Nov 24):
Pro's:
1. Premium rooms are better and spacious
2. Economic in price range
3. Located at City Centre - Close to Calangute & Baga beach
4. Easy to locate restaurants, bike, cabs, etc as everything is nearby.

worst experience please don't stay here. .non coopetive manager ,booked this resort twice in this year worst experience for 2 times not recommend to anyone.its humble request don't stay here...when we checked in hotel they told their AC is not working in day time as well as night time for 2 days we manage without AC for 2 days we paid for AC rooms manager literally eat our money manager will give scheme very rude behaviour and no co-operative. NOT Recommended ..
