Following a stay last October by my husband and I, sent mum n dad for a getaway to Sheraton Grand on the occasion of their 40th wedding anniversary and experience was just beyond words. Spacious rooms, delicious food, breath-taking views and such hospitable staff! Many thanks to Shradha and Team for making my parents staying a memorable one and catering to our requests.

I visited during the Deepawali holiday and noticed that the staff were quite overwhelmed with the influx of guests. I appreciate their hard work and dedication, but it would greatly enhance the experience if additional staff could be appointed at the reception during busy public holidays. This would ensure quicker service and a smoother check-in process for everyone.

So far the best vacation I ever had in Chennai. Its a special one as I took my 10months baby for the first time. My wife enjoyed the stay and we had awesome experience. The staff were very caring to us. They arranged inroom dining and special food for our kid whenever needed. The food was tasteful and of lot of varieties. Highly recommeded place. The pool and other facilities, garden and cusine
