we booked the valley view room and had the worst ever experience. the room was stinking literally. walls were very dirty, ceiling had fungus growth which made the whole room contaminated, pillow cases and blankets smells really bad that we couldn't use it. also we contacted the reception and asked them to change the room , but they replied there was no room left to change, then we asked him to atleast clean the room , he said he'll send someone to clean and we waited but no one came to even ta ...more

That's was wonderful stay at Sherva stellar. We keep repeating to stay there on every vacation at Yercaud. Affordable price and quality amenities and well behaved staff

It said jacuzzi room but jacuzzi wasnt working . Then they asked us to use the resort jacuzzi but water was extremely cold. Couldnt use it. Dinner was ok ok. Breakfast was cold. Room was very hot. Constant power cuts. Overall bad experience. Not at all worth the money I paid. I need a refund!!!

we had a fantastic experience that truly brought our family closer together.
