staff behaviour was very rude and no hot water. no soap very poor service. city view room was booked but no city view room was provided.

the stay in hotel shhaurya was awesome. reach and every staffs were very polite, helpful and cordial. the rooms are well maintained, neat and tidy. thank you all staffs. we didn't take any photos there.

The hotel is not worth the price... They have clumsy rooms without any Ventilation or fresh light/air...dont even give water bottles, but instead provide RO water and that too when asked for... What amused me most was that the rooms had only one charging point, meaning one cannot charge a laptop and phone simultaneously.. Weird, ain't it?

Cheaters.... Before booking hotel confirmed couples are allowed but once reached there they denied. It was frustrating. I didn't check in and I lost all my money.

Bhikhari hotel , accidently booked it and refused to refund only after 2 mins , very rude and bad staff worse hotel never go into .
