my experience was too good and wonderful and room was very nice and staff is very cooperative. hotel is very near from mall road

I stayed in premium room. Room was specious. highlight was view from balcony but there were electrcity issue. Also no AC in room.
Location is good near to hadimba tall but little far away from mall road.

it's bit far away from Mall Road. they will give you discount on room rent. However whtevr you saved on room rent they will charge double on food. the portion of dish is only for one person (mostly 360 to 700). Rooms are clean but old shady furniture. If you prefer this hotel only for stay then it's fine.

very nice hotel ...neat and clean with all amenities..kids friendly..staffs are very good helpful whenever you call them..had an amazing stay...the view from the balcony was also awesome

The hotel is at a very good location. You can have a look at the snow covered peaks from your rooms balcony. The room is nicely decorated. The food is also great. Overall I had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend this one.

I had originally booked this hotel for 3 days and made full payment in advance. Due to some reasons, my travel plan changed and i had to check out the property after 2 days only. But i was informed that refund of 1 day will not be given to me. This is absolutely unacceptable. Very unethical. How can you forfeit the money of a customer. I will never recommend this to anyone in future. There plenty of other options in the market where people are fair and professional. Very bad experience.

best 4 star property in manali it's little far away from manali but it offers good rooms good food and what I like the most is that view from their balcony is just awesome i have fallen in love with this property but they should offer pickup and drop service for bus stand overall excellent property to stay in manali with family
