Very poorly managed hotel. The property does not have enough staff to look after the guests. Everything, right from the reception, room service, catering and house keeping is of pathetic quality. Actually, the people are not trained in hospitality at all. there is no phone at the room, the hygiene of the room is maintained, linens are not cleaned. no soap or any toiletries are provided. one person, with the name is running the show with meagre resources. This property should not be counted as a hotel. absolutely pathetic and frustrating experience.
