The welcome was nice and warm. The rooms and service is top notch. (Worth the price) As you should know it is a 5 star and is located in the city palace. The property is extremely beautiful and very well located of course. You wouldn't regret coming here. The only thing I did not like was the food at the panera restaurant. It was expensive and not worth the taste. (Even though they mentioned that they serve the best lal mass, i would like to say that i have had way better)

Shiv Niwas Palace is a very beautiful place to stay to experience the royalty along with the amazing lake and mountains view.They offer good food with amazing hospitality.

The property is part of the city palace and hence a lavish one but this part is not that well maintained. Especially the rooms which are in pretty bad shape. The rooms were totally not worth the money being charged.

One of the most royal stays I had had. It's a grand palace with beautiful interiors and gives real feel of living in a palace. It was used as a guest house for royal guests meeting the Udaipur royals. It's situated in same complex as City palace. They have golf carts to help guests travel within the palace/hotel premise. The staff are very helpful and punctual in their service.They have complimentary golf karts for guests available for commuting to Jag mandir boating point and City palace gates.

Good palace 🏨 . Rooms are casual . The restaurant is very average. Food is not exotic at all. Not a lot of variety. Just a kind of place where you can spend the weekend and enjoy the historical palace.
