property is well furnished clean located in posh area
only drawback is you have to climb stairs so for elderly, I'll persons not recommended
otherwise it's excellent
value for money

Shiv Vatsalya 1 BHK Home Stay is a good value, no-frills home stay in Nashik. Bedroom is good for two pax but any more than that, it's a bit cramped. Extra mattresses and bed linen were available. Bathroom and toilet were separated which is convenient and time saving. Kitchen is spacious but we did not use it. There were two balconies with good view. I had done the booking with breakfast included. However when I asked for breakfast, the owner informed that they do not serve breakfast or meals. The stay was nice and the room was nice.

Nice elevation
Sink is small but sufficient.
Instant geyser. Works fine
Commode and bathroom are seperate rooms. Bathroom is big enough ...commode room is little small
Hall and kitchen are very big. Overall 1 bhk can accommodate 10 - 15 people easily. Enough mattresses provided.
