It is situated in the main market area of Paharganj. It is easily accessible and approachable by local taxis. It is neat and clean hotel. Budget friendly. The staff is helpful. Cleaning is an issue. Running AC switched off by staff from the reception area for 3-4 hours (2 events) during the stay intentionally (During Hot climate and Top floor room). Hardly get a nap of sleep. Small washroom. Bad experience.

Worst experience of my life time. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. On second day morning we face disaster situation as they supply Gutter water ( Black water and smell of gutter) in the bathroom. I don't understand how it is possible. After our complaint, they took action and supply normal water but we were not completely satisfied. They recently renovated their rooms but Bathroom condition is very bad (Worst than any Dharamshala). Management are not taking responsibility to give basic serv ...more
