We weren't officially checked in. They didn't check our IDs as well, which is indeed scary. The owners are more into running the cafe than the resort. Rooms are very basic. Only 1 water bottle is complementary irrespective of your days of stay. No room service and hot water in washrooms. Location is good, just 50-100 meters away from Agonda beach.
Overpriced. Almost negligible professionalism.

cottages are clean and very near to beach. really loved the stay and they have good wifi. vegan food in the mandala Cafe is also very good.

The property is very clean and highly maintained. Nice ambiance, surrounded by natural beauty and trees. Agonda beach is walkable from the cottages for 2 mins only. The rooms are clean and nice. The bathrooms are clean and very spacious. Lots of different hotels nearby for lunch dinner or breakfast or chilling as well. The wifi service is good and staff is supporting and helping. The location is great, the beach is a 2 min walk. The place is well managed and beautiful. You have all the freedom to make the premises into a party spot, they are a cooperative bunch. Great food nearby at Fatima’s and others.

very near to beach, awesome cottagws with a c and probably the cheapest around here..
stayed with my 6 year daughter.
manager and the staff too are cordial..
I do recommend this to anyone who wants to saty at agonda beach..
it's ambiance and comfort...

One of the best stays. All the amenities were available. The host was great. It is just around 250m from the beach. 10/10 recommended.

The name of the cottage is Shivalaya and we had to face lots of problem to find it as we were not aware of the real name of the hotel. Overall somehow we reached to the hotel and stay was good and environment was good.
