Despite of the populary belief our stay was pretty smooth. Staff behaviour was good, they helped us to find the correct location at the fairly price point. Except one sweeper who was mildly rude about my friend sitting incorrectly. Nevertheless. On ring service boy came up and got what we ordered for equity some of money. It was worst exp I ever had. This hotel has no maintenance. No drinking water was supplied in the room in two days. I brought it From outside. No soap is there in bathroom. They had a hand wash on sink but how can a person take bath with hand wash. I have asked them several times for Drinking water and soap but no response. Finally I purchased both from outside. Bad experience, never don't stay again, i have paid before check in, when i check out, hotel manager said that 'your bill pay now' i have told that i have paid already, but he didn't hear, i have shown booking voucher, then allow me for leave hotel

Good safe location, close to Howrah Station. Restaurant / bar serve good food and beer. Good place for a short in-transit stay.

hotel rooms are small and bed size is 5/5.5. tab water running slow .and in breakfast only tea and bread they provided
