it can easily compete any 5 star Hotel .
ambience , look and feel and presence of hotel is so good to privacy . Also room is full of high tech gadgets. most important their food is also tasty and you can order outside food too which is cool feature. great time I had and will repeat in future too .

Just okay for transit, room is good and spacious, but there is no proper amenities in this hotel. Breakfast they bring from close by restaurant with take away pack.

Excellent hotel to stay near the airport. Rooms are very spacious neat and clean. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Restaurant is very good with tasty foods and at a very reasonable price.

My recent experience at Shivas Galaxy in Bangalore was incredibly disappointing, primarily due to the disastrous level of service provided by the hotel staff, including the food quality.
Upon arrival, it was clear that the staff lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. The check-in process was chaotic, with disorganized staff struggling to manage the influx of guests. Despite having a prior reservation, I endured an unreasonable wait before finally being assigned a room.
