The property is average but you pay for the location more than the property.
The toilet seats throws out everything on you when flushing. Mattresses are extremely old and uncomfortable. No chair in the room forces you to work in the bed. Chair was shown in the picture but not provided despite request. It's an average place to stay for 2 days maximum. Laundry is dependent on 3rd person who seldom shows up. Not staying at this place again.

I had a comfortable stay at Hotel Shivashish. The check-in was smooth, the staff were polite, and the room was clean and well-maintained. Basic amenities like Wi-Fi and hot water worked fine. The location is convenient, and room service was prompt. Overall, a good value for money and a pleasant experience.

Nice rooms with dryer, slipper and coffee maker with good wifi and big tv screen. Overall good experience but there was issue with hot water

hotel photos are very different than the actual hotel as it is in residential building and 4-5 floors are made as 4-5 hotel in same residential building .. rooms are smaller , staff is confused to provide the hotel facilities in the room and syetem is typical gujarati to extract maximum from customers by providing the least facilities

Great experience and good room with hygiene sterilized washroom, polite and responsive staff.
but the facilities like vehicle parking and the location of the hotel are also very confusing. 3 hotels are in the same building on the different floors.

stay was good, room is also good but hotel staff not co operative we just requested that tomorrow morning we left the hotel at 6:30 am so kindly provide breakfast today morning 10:00 am but they denied and said it is for tomorrow only and we booked the hotel room with breakfast.
