Had a very comfortable stay. The hotel and rooms are very neat and clean. The staff is very courteous and the service is quick.
The wifi speed and connection was not good inside the room.
There is a very big green lawn, but it is mostly empty, with some unmaintained swings. I felt like it was wasted space, and they can build so much on the ground, like a volleyball or football court. Currently, there are not even benches to sit on in the park.

The resort is conveniently located near Fatehsagar Lake and offers extensive grounds. The staff is courteous and professional. I booked a suite with a jacuzzi, but the jacuzzi was somewhat outdated. However, this was a minor inconvenience. The only significant disappointment was that the spa was not operational during my stay. Overall, it is a pleasant resort.

The hotel is in prime location, near fateh sagar lake.check in is quiet fast. The staff is cooperative. All amenities are good. Food is moderate. Breakfast is quite good. Good and clean resort .

The overall ambiance was fine, and the hospitality was satisfactory, but there was no proper maintenance. The AC went off at night for almost 4-5 hours, making it very difficult to sleep due to the summer heat, resulting in a sleepless night. No one apologized for this inconvenience.
The breakfast was mediocre; they served cold food, and when we asked for some items, we were told they were finished, which we did not expect. We requested a late checkout due to our lack of sleep and fatigue, but ...more
