Terrible experience why first of showing as hotel & shared pic accordingly & got it booked by name of hotel Hari vatika. When we went for check in we found there's nothing name like hari vatika in Prayagraj. After so many efforts we found that place & surprisingly property was TENT instead of hotel. This is completely cheating & I want 100% refund back.

The property owner doesn't attend my calls as I want to know the exact location. We are still moving here and there. police can't be able to find the location. we are really very helpless at present. please help us
