Clean Room & Toilet. Blankets are not all good but its ok. customer Service also Good. Couples are Allowed. Near to Railway Station. Easy Transportation Available.

Rooms are not good bad smell coming,no proper maintenance,Ac not working and hot water also not available. Staff cheating unknown persons who will come to newly udupi I am feeling very bad experience in this hotel. Please don't promote this type of hotels

Don't expect amenities in this hotel, along with that don't expect service, they won't serve you anything, even though you pay money they won't serve it to your room. if you book AC rooms they will tell you that it's not available and you'll be given a Non AC room for same price.

Believe me, except for the fact that its just in front of the Udupi Railway station, nothing, NOTHING else is appealing here at this hotel. Its like 19th century stay with no proper basic amenities.

Very poor and pathetic service. A staff boy was on the reception during check-in and he told to call on a phone number as he didn't know which room to give. As per the instruction I called on their number and the guy on the other side demanded extra payment from me. I told him I had paid But he was telling that, single room isn't available and bigger room only is there and I have to make extra payment. Hotel location is pretty good. its just opposite that of Udupi railway station. Staff behaviour is good. We booked 3 double bed rooms. The problem we faced during our stay was there was no power due to heavy rain and they don't have a generator backup in 2nd floor to run the fan but they do have it at 1st floor. Staff helped us to reach the Udupi bus station on their vehicle on bare minimum cost. Recommended to whom who look for an affordable 1 night stay near railway station.
