    Pathetic room!!! Not at all clean.. no power. No towels.. nothing provided on room. Toilet not at all usable. Horrible experience. Please remove this hotel from booking if you are looking for customer satisfaction!!!!

    very good staff and they are cooperative mentally, i am appreciating them. but the management side is very poor in the lodge managing.

    Fans didn't have regulators in rooms. Rooms were not ready up to 5pm evening and host gave temporary rooms for time being. Taps in bathroom were leaking whole night with tip-tip sound.

    Hotal location is only 400m to Mysuru palce. Nice location to visit palace. Staff behaviour is good. Room size is small. Hot water is available inter phone not working, TV cable connection is available but no channel except some free channel. . Overall good.
