ROOM IS GOOD BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE TOILET IS UNDER THE STAIRS WHICH WAS CAUSING PROBLEM AND THE BLANKET HAD NO WHITE COVER OR WHITE BEDSHEET.

lift not avilable. No man power avilable to keep luggage on 3rd floor. steps of stairs are high.

Don't stay anyone please worst hotel, worst location, worst service, worst staff behaviour all was worst there. I have never experienced anything so dirty in my life as I did in this hotel. I have uploaded 2 pictures of the bedsheet, you can see for yourself and tell what is the stain, I got tired of saying this but did not even change the bedsheet or give any soap or towel.It reached its limit when I tried to open the window for air, but without opening the window, the entire window got uproote ...more

people are money minded asked extra money for early check-in

I won't suggest this hotel because of the following reasons. First thing it's highly overpriced. The room is too small. They claimed it to be 180 sq feet but it was for sure way lesser than that. bedsheets, blankets and curtains werent clean. Ac wasn't working and TV was unsubscribed. Services included in the booking werent given. There was no free wifi, no water bottles, no chair nor table. The worst part is there was no housekeeping at all. 3 days we spent in the unclean rooms! pathetic! The o ...more
