resort was good, but not maintained well. shower was not working, mattress was torn out, not comfortable.

The amenties they are giving are not worth the price they are taking .landline is not working .pickup and drop services are not available after 10:00 pm

kitchen food quality is very very bad like nothing and service is so bad cleaning good no telephone in room overall so bad experience

My stay was during 24th and 25th Dec 2024 and it was like a nightmare. Worst experience. Opting this resort is like a total wastage of money and destroying your entire trip enjoyment. Total badly managed property with no maintenance and torn tent and dirty interior.Situated at the last corner of Pichhola lake where u have to reach by crossing almost 1 KM narrow residential streets of old city where reaching by auto is a challenge and u can think to reach by four wheeler.

3 stars - Great location, but room could use some TLC This hotel was in a fantastic location. However, the room itself was a bit disappointing. It felt a little dated and the decor was bland. The bed was comfortable, though, and the bathroom was clean. Overall, it was an average stay. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a good location then go for it, but don't expect anything fancy. parking facility not available and cost of parking is on guest and the food is average.

The location is excellent the staff,food lawns are very good some maintenance of cottage and pool required but would give it a 5/5. Loved it and would stay again. We were guided to the hotel very well by the staff all of them very courteous and helpful the atmosphere is soothing and the place is excellent for a relaxed holiday.

Very good place with a sunset view over the lake. Staff is good, the only drawback is its situated where youve to go through small streets(no 4 wheeler can go) but they will arrange it so manageble
