They are fraud. I called them after booking the room, and they said, "Sorry, we don't have rooms today, all are occupied. It might be an issue on the app which booked a room in our hotel". They know that the booking is non-refundable. So they cheated on us. Worst experience ever. Please don't book this hotel.
