as per location best, but services are very very poor. Room cleaner, attended not available in hotel. so my final verdict I will not recommended this hotel for family.

1. Worst cleanliness

3. I suggest that it is not stayable place at all.

The location is bang on. But the guest house is bit old. Also the room was clean but the bathroom was not upto the mark.
Also there are rats in the hotel which caused us some problems.

Cleanliness was missing, washbasins pipe was leaking and there was too much dust behind the bed.
Mirrors were not cleaned properly, caretakers nature was nice and helpful.

Pathetic could be the word if it would have been booked at higher price or the perfect location would not have been there.
Apart from its location, it has nothing to boast of. Just touching the gate of Ram Raja Mandir and other places just at a stone throw distance. Everything is in dilapidated state. Washrooms are no better than of a worst nightmare.
Though staff is helpful..

This is a value for Money hotel. It provides extremely basic facilities for guests. But staff and owner is very well behaved and humble
