A very aesthetically designed hotel and amazing initerior in ethnic style. one must stay here if visiting Varanasi.

Poor service Poor location Poor food totally unsatisfactory. booked the hotel for 2 days. they didn't even give new towels next day. poor room service. not worth the price. hardly a 2 star hotel

Such a wonderful experience staying at Shri Nilayam Kutir. Stayed at Ganga and Yamuna rooms. Great location, awesome interiors, rooms with walking dress, balconies, guest seating and rooftop restaurant were the highlights of the restaurant. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. I suggest everyone to at least stay once to feel the difference. Shout out to Mr. Shivanshu Tiwari, front office head for great experience

the rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable and a fantastic old time charm.the staff was also amazing specially Sarvesh. food was also tasty.

Average stay!! We had a family stay for 2 nights..the staff is good and tries their best to serve you. Food is tasty and the rooms are extremely clean with good interiors Coming to the negatives- The hotel is located in the residential area(colony) and the approach road is very narrow. If you are expecting this to be a grand entry for the price you are paying then this is not for you! The ambience was awesome but the lift was not working for the whole day, we got trouble going through the stairs to the 3rd floor as i was having my senior citizen parents.
