Stay was good. Staffs are very cooperative. we faced minor issues but those got fixed when we complaint.
Rooms quality was good.

the rooms were good. the condition of the ac was superb. common area is nice. the location is easily accessible. however the attending staff was not proactive. rooms were not clean and the staff was not available. more attention is required to maintain the good property. the tv facility; ipl was not available.

Good place to stay in Kanniyakumari. Worth every penny. Very Humble and polite staff... The Word 'Heritage' is worth mentioning. Right in front of Chakra Pond.
Some areas of Hotel are currently under renovation (February 2025) but still rest is hospitable and fully functional.
Has modern bath facilities.
Has refrigerator, TV, etc.
Very plush bed. Super.
Gave 4 Star because it is not on the beach. Rest is wonderful.

hotel location is good main road.near by bus stop.hotel is under renovation room is big size.staff is good behavior and cooperative .mr Jeeva is helping and good person.
