    The only good thing is the hotel is very near to Dargah. Nothing can be rated good from hotel staff to room, hygiene and cleanliness is worst. Bathrooms are stinky and rooms are very congested and small when you book it online. Hotel is more keen on cash income so that they can provide you better rooms. I have taken breakfast package and they were providing only one portion rather than couple breakfast. Hot water is a concern when you need the most during evening and night during winter season. ...more

    Even after booking and paying the rent in advance I didn't get room quickly. The manager said he has no record of my booking. I showed him proof, he said to call and confirm it. Aftr some discussion finally he confirmed then, first he gave me a better room which was booked by me then when one of the occupants checked out of the room manager asked us to shift the room at the 1 AM. Their restaurant is supposed to closed at 11 PM, i reached there at 10 PM, asked for food and their answer was they r closed and doesn't open next day before 8 AM. Not a very good experience for me.

    It is highly disgusting to say that we reached at about 7:00 am but they did not provide accommodation before time and ask for about a night's fare for checking before time although the rooms were very well available.We asked for any provision of getting freshen up but no help for that was even offered to us.This is being highly "maukaterian hoteliers" as it was the exam time and lot of candidates turned up for the same.The washrooms need maintenance too.

    one of the bad hotel in ajmer near dargah. I have suffered very much. no room service provided by hotel management. when i complained then i will get response. room size is very small. room smell is more. no awareness of neat and clean room management.
