very bad experience#staff is not supportive#toilet flash is not working#bathroom main water pas hole is choke so water pass problem.#bet sheet is so bad and after that it is not change.very bad hotel .

even after proper booking and payment the hotel manager of Shyam deluxe was asking for a different amount of Rs 300 extra to give a room, when I called he refused to talk to them and said all rooms are full. the very unethical and poor practice adopted by this manager and hotelier. even after booking and payment, you won't be sure that your room is booked ...so pls think before booking the room
