hotel room image is totally different from real

Very bad experience. Life was not working. No room heater provided even in 9 degree temperatures. Only a thin blanket provided. Bathroom tab nob was not working, staff are not cooperative. Very difficult and painful stay was there , oh yaa bathroom geyser was not working . I have to use child water for bathe , no one staff was not cooperative. Please don't keep such type of hotel . I have paid 2795 for this hotel but it 500 rs hotel.

Room service was very poor, cockroaches were in bathroom, telephone set was in the floor,,wall was not clean,no hot water,tv was not functioning even after complain not rectified horrible,lbibo is responsible for mess.
