Excellent hospitality, very polite, friendly & courteous Manager Mr Akash..
Nice ambience..
Was looked after very well..
Bed, linen, flooring & bathroom were clean & tidy, snacks and tea was provided at doorstep..
Centrally located hotel in Gwalior town..

Nice Staff Behaviour. AC working. Room Size small but comfortable for a single person. Lift Working. All Nice and worth a 5 star rating. but reduced 1 star for bedsheet cleaning.

very nice stay at Hotel ,near to the railway station and very pieceful environment, clean rooms and bathroom, food is very good ,tasty and homely . and suitable for family also.
