I had planned to stay at SiaLa for two days but the experience was very good and I ended up staying there for the whole of my stay. The staff is super pleasent and helpfull. They serve nice breakfast, and will get you both lunch and dinner on demand. There is hot water any time of the day and the rooms have a nice view. There is also a supernice area for eating or just chilling outside.

I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel which is close to market. Best part of this hotel is rooms are clean quite spacious and quick service is available. Also as i got a cheap deal i can say its the best in this rate. It also has its own restaurant.
About the cons,
I travelled in August which was a peak hot weather time and they don't have fan, so rooms was suffocating. although maximum hotels in Leh don't have fans in the room.
They don't have intercom facility so you have to go downstairs to ask for services every time.

siala is one of the best budget hotel in leh. It's like home stay. two girls are managing the hotel. food is ok. but I prefer to have lunch and dinner in leh market. leh market is 10 mins walk from hotel. in winter leh feels like extremely chilled and isolated. no life in the bazaar. most of the shops are closed. in siala there is automatic room heater. 24 hrs running hot water is available. one of the best budget hotel in Leh. room, linen, bathroom were neat and clean. Room heater is available. 24 hours running hot water is also available. Food is not so good but OK. walking distance from Leh market. I was there in March 2018. it is still chilling weather. not so many crowd. my stay was pleasant.
