I was told I was getting 3 club room in hotel pearl royal and pearl royal is a 4 star hotel but the room was really below average . it was not club room level or 4 starlevel clean.

Prefer for late night check in and morning checkout for travellers, close to ksrtc stand
Property is too old

One of my worst experiences. After having confirmed the room with payment accepted, the person at the reception of a 3 star property was arrogant tell me there are no rooms available. I tried to tell him, I have a confirmed booking, to which he was totally deaf. He said he has no rooms. His next response was asking me to cancel the booking. I said I can if he refunds right there.
