सबसे बड़ी बात मेन दरवाज़े का लॉक टूटा हुआ है जो अंदर से खोलने में बहुत तकलीफ़ होती है कही रात में पूरा टूट गया तो ग्राहक अंदर ही फ़सा रह जाएगा,दूसरा टॉइलेट डोर का बाहर का कुण्डी टूटा हुआ है फ्रेश होकर आओ तो पूरे रूम पे स्मेल आती है ,वेस्टर्न टायलेट है बट जेट शावर नहीं लगा है डब्बा से धुलना पड़ता है,कॉम्प्लिमेंटी ब्रेकफास्ट के नाम में सिर्फ़ 2 समोसा छोटा साइज,जलेबी,बाक़ी दूसरे दिन पोहा जलेबी ,सिर्फ़ यही आइटम है इनके पास और चाय दिए तो उसका पैसा की डिमांड करने लगे टीवी में रिचार्ज ही नहीं रहता
पैसा के हिसाब से होटल अच्छा नहीं है

The garden was maintained and parking was large enough
Food was good and allowed check-in before the actual time.Hotel staff was co- operative.
Spacious and open environment.

Its more like dharamshala, bed was very small even in delux room, not much prompt resposnse from staff.
Overrall an average place to stay.

It was a dormitory but can't be categorised as hotel as no basic facility were available like tv, almirah, proper kitchen , towels, menu to order, proper beds or mats so if you are just looking for stay in dharamshala please go ahead.
