the hotel is situated in such area where in ground floor rooms, no network is available. incoming and outgoing calls not happening.
do not take ground floor

Pathetic service. Hot water not available, TV available but no connection was there after requesting somany times then they activated few channels for 4 days again it has been deactivated so I need to request them again to activate that. Restaurant is not available so I used to go out and arrange some food for me but again plates and spoon are not available so I forced to buy it from outside. Drink water which has been supplied by the hotelier was soo bad so I forced to purchased it from outsid ...more

comfortable stay, neat and clean room and toilet. Staff behavior was polite and helpful.
I will stay again in this hotel during my next visit.
