Rooms are neat and clean. But the road to the property is in bad shape. Staff is also very cordial and helpful. There is no restaurant as claimed in the site. Inhouse kitchen is available and food is good. Considering the rentals charged, not upto the expectations.

The silent Retreat Resort is an excellent place to stay with a beautiful view point. Service also took care. Room is well maintained with clean. Good place to stay Very safety to stay Service is very good

The surroundings are very nice and clean, and it feels like home. Every staff member is very friendly and well behaved. Food was also awesome. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The only thing is that there was no wardrobe to keep our clothes. Nice, quite and peaceful stay.

The stay was awesome except for the breakfast price.. I suggest you take breakfast outside but the food was delicious and homely.

This is such a warm and welcoming place. We liked it so much that we extended our stay here. They have a very polite and professional staff. Srihari sir is very friendly and helpful. He helped us with the cabs and autorickshaws. The food they serve is also very nice. The premises and rooms+washrooms are clean and hygienic. Would definitely like to stay here the next time we are in Ooty. They understand the concept of privacy. The staff didn't keep knocking unnecessarily and waited patiently when asked to. The check-in and check-out process was also very smooth.
