i booked an ac room but ac remote was not there,there was no key and hotel person has the keyand tv also did not work not worth paying at all

Room was really small. I paid some Rs 2640 for one night stay and asked them prior saying that i have a kid and accomadate us with a nice room. I dont blame the staff but the room could have been better, my concern is my little kid, there were cockroaches in the corner although the room looked tidy outwardly. Bathroom is a big minus, although it looked clean, it wasnt built properly. A small mug of water on the floor spreads all over place, there are no proper toiletries, may be they ll provide ...more
