TV was not working and there were no AC and geyser facilities, washroom mirror were not there .

it was a great experience staying in hotel silk. there was no problem at all. location wise great. very near to the railway station and haldwani bus stand. hotel staff mr harish was very cooperative in arranging the best taxi services and making my trip excellent 💯.

Excellent staying experience as staffs are very courteous and the family room was also neat and clean with attached toilet.We reached at 12 o clock at night in the hotel but we had not faced and problem as the location of hotel under well vicinity from rail and bus depot.I
