Pathetic room given there is door between my room and some and others room and its not sound proof. i am not able to sleep right now because of the noise they are making. Now when i called to reception he as just speechless. I have to wait till time when they will shut their mouth then only i will able to sleep.

I stayed for 2 days in this hotel, location was good but the hotel needed to maintain cleanliness because bathroom door was very dirty, telephone was not working, if u need anything u have to go to reception and while checking time reception I ask for hotel water available 7 to 10 but when I go for tak shower 9 o'clock no hot water and breakfast very average limited itme and category very dirty when I told to staff who available in the restaurant he not changed and not give different category.

no proper hot water. ooty is a very cold place and 24 x 7 hot water is the main basic amenity/requirement to be there .
but at silver oak hotel, room no 305 we stayed for 02 nights, proper hot water for bathing was not there. that's the main basic -minus point....here

This hotel I will recommend to all. it's place is amazing, staff are very caring and knowledgeable. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. food is very good.

The stay was really good, center to all tourism places, also near to rose garden, most importantly its near to city center so by walk we can go for shopping or just hanging out. I gone for a walk to city center in evening it felt so good to easily reach the places.

Worst hotel. they are behaving very rudely and not treating me well for booking Disappointed a lot with this booking. even charged more
