property was good at budget rate. swimming pool was decent. room service was okay. 24 hr hot water was available and towels provided was also clean. candolim beach is hardly 5 minutes walk from property.

They have not provided water bottle, they charged for it. Rooms are very very basic and bed was not at all comfortable.

Ac was dripping
They didn't change linen even in alternate day
Room door was very tight and very old
I got hurt many times while opening the door.

Amazing place to stay with pool, near to beach and calm area, with in reach to most of the happening places. Staff was very friendly.
