The stay was not good and the staff are not that much communicative..they didn't even change bedsheets for one day even though we stayed there for 3 days..but the infrastructure was okish... Management need to improve staff..

very Very poor condition. it is not likely to stay. No safety. No CCTV camera. No drinking water. No restaurant. No intercom facility.There is no hotel boy available any time only check in and check out time available. There is no one listen you even if you have a problem. I suggest no one should stay that hotel.

very horrible condition. There is no safety. No Room service. self service. Any hotels stff is not available in hotel any time without check in and check out time. otherwise no body listen to you. there is no intercom facility. No restaurant. No drinking water. No regional language TV channels. Only 1 or 2 Hindi movie channel.

Hotel rooms were neat clean and we'll maintained, staff was very co operative helpful and polite, food was brought from outside by hotel staff, only problem in Room 1a was that shower was broken but they provided us with stool n bucket, hot water was adequate and bedsheets blankets were clean.
I highly recommend this one.
Good facility was provided to Celebrate New Year 2024.

For the budget that we paid, we may get a decent hotel and the amenities must be improved specifically in this hotel.
Being with family, here is a good experience because they provided one bedroom in 3BHK for us but they don't allow us to cook in the kitchen and we did not really see the hot water is coming all the day when we need it around morning or in the evening we are not even getting the hot water especially in the cold climate like Ooty. We definitely need this kind of immunity so they must be improved here.
