Room photos are such that they have balcony. Also, in the amenities it is clearly mentioned that balcony is there. But in reality they don't have balcony in any of their rooms. They are misleading the guests. I spoke with the receptionist she told that its not their fault that balcony is mentioned in the amenities. Staff is very unresponsive. Prices are high considering the facilities available here. Food are also overpriced.

service is horrendous. AC control being done by management. guest can"t change the set temperature as per their need. toilet door is inoperative in room #102. no complimentary 1ltre/2ltrr water to guest. in breakfast limited options. if you request even for dosa, it's chargeable. no tv channels. in case of outage of power, ac will work but tv set-up box will not. hilarious. they don't allow late check-out, that's ok, restaurant rate is on the sky. at all not recommended

Nice stay supportive staff food is tasty for +1 they give additional bed. Great service women work over there mostly which is good sign.

Nothing to cheer about except being new property. Dont know how they got categorized as 4 star hotel. They have pethatic service. I can write 2 pages on issues, but to cut the chase my simple advice is to avoid going to this hotel. Poor management, looks like they dont know how to run a high grade hotel. Even basics are not followed.

The location of this hotel is very nice. The airport, local sightseeing places of Port Blair are nearer to this hotel. The staffs are very helpful and courteous. Moreover AROMA (Restaurant) serves good quality food which are really tasty.

The hotel was good in the city center. Airport is just 10 mins away. All the spots are nearby. I found the food in the hotel was a bit expensive. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
