After the check-in and seeing the condition of the room and ambiance of the room I refused to take the room but the hotel staff directly refused to raise any alternative or to provide raise my complaint. Everything is a mess in the room, I am not even able to take pics of the washroom it's so messy and dirty, smelly. not seen this kind of hotel in my entire traveling history.

Dear Sir. today right now at about 2 am I am writing instead of sleeping after my all day hard work. I found cockroaches running all over the bed and full of mosquitos here. I didn't try another place after seeing the dirty room and dusty bedsheets and smelling horrible blanket because I was tired and wanted to sleep. but suddenly cockroaches and mosquitoes gave me an unwanted wake-up call.
