yes. i am staying continuously for 3 days. Ambiance is Good, Morning Breakfast is Good. Neat and Clean. Staff behaviour is good.

Hospitality should be customer centric... if Room available then EARLY CHECK IN should be given without any charges. Rules and Regulations are not above customer service I believe.

Well maintained by property and furniture, phone not received for asking to hot water cattle, milk powder and tea,sugar pouch, water bottle also not placed in room, not explain about hot water supply system and door lock unlock system

If you are booking here with breakfast be ready that room boy will knock your door at 8am whether you are awake or sleeping no one cares he will keep on ringing until you open . After opening he ll give you one plate with one aalo Prabha, poha and tea same everyday no changes in breakfast. Whether you are awake or sleeping or you want to have breakfast late no one cares if you get up by 10am be ready to have cold breakfast kept in your room at 8am. This breakfast policy I have observed first time in my life may be in mars people follow same never seen such in the world.
